Sandra was born and raised in the Burnaby and Coquitlam areas. Her father owned and operated Cyril G. Burch Ltd., a fine manufacturing company in Vancouver, until his retirement in the early nineties. Sandra held the position of Office Manager for the company. On entering the Real Estate business she brought the management and organizational skills it takes to run a major enterprise. Sandra’s flair is in the Buyer market complimented by her interior design talents and an eye for quality.
Franc was born and raised in the Greater Montreal area and moved to Vancouver in the early seventies. His roots in the real estate business are working nationally and internationally for such companies as Daon Developments, The SNC Group, Pentagon Construction and other residential and commercial builders. In the early eighties Franc formed a business development company with primarily construction trades as his clients. An Associate Broker, Franc’s expertise lies in contract negotiation, marketing and expertise in today's technical requirements.
